This month I am trying the minimal launcher to help reduce my phones screentime, what also helps is that I deleted all my social media apps including YouTube (if you count it as social media)
I don’t use the Mastodon app anyway bacause I use the website in the browser very rarely
I will still use my News app, as its RSS feeds and it only has what sources I want to see and read about but most of the news (mostly Hacker News), I don’t care that much about anyway but it does come an end (unlike social media)
Thats on top of using Intently to prompt me a reason to unlock and warns me every 15 minutes of use of the device
